The Origin Story

Peas in a Pod Learning Center was not born from a business plan. It was born from a mother's love, a father's discipline, and a family's unshakeable belief that every child deserves the very best start in life.

Yocasta — our founder — came to the United States from the Dominican Republic. She was a single mother of three children. She graduated high school at 16. She worked. She sacrificed. She built a life through sheer will and an unwavering commitment to her family's future.

Reginald — her partner and co-founder — came from Haiti. He became an aerospace quality engineer, spending his career at companies like Raytheon, where precision, safety, and zero-defect standards are not aspirational — they are mandatory.

The Family Behind the Center

Peas in a Pod is a family business in the truest sense. Jeremyah Suero — CEO — brings his aerospace operations background (managing 80+ people at Raytheon) to build franchise-grade systems and processes. Joshua oversees our Georgia facility. Juliana Torres and Stacie Johnson serve as Directors, ensuring every classroom meets our gold standard every single day.
