Your 90-Day Review
At the end of your 90-day probationary period, you will have a formal performance review with your Director. This review will assess your performance against the Peas Standard, your professional development progress, and your integration into our team and culture.
"The first 90 days tell us a lot about who you are. But they also tell you a lot about who we are. We hope what you discover is that you have found your professional home."
Welcome to Peas in a Pod. You belong here.
